Welcome to the NJJC homepage!
Our style of Ju-Jitsu has been developed over the last 50 years from traditional Ju Jitsu, by recognised world class martial art practitioners. The resulting techniques are tried and tested and geared towards the street situations in the towns and cities of today's sometimes violent world.

The Ju-Jitsu martial art shows you how to use your body to defend yourself against attackers, with minimal effort and maximum effect. Whilst respecting our Jikishin Ju Jitsu roots we are also open to gaining knowledge from other fighing methods to improve our techniques and attend approved courses and seminars outside of our art such as Chris Crudelli (JFM) , Shiahn Martin Rogers (BJJA) Royce Gracie (BJJ) and Dan Buzotta (MMA), Steve Cowan (BJJ) and Rolker Gracie (BJJ).

Our Norfolk Ju Jitsu club instructors have over 20 years experience of teaching Ju Jitsu and have also been involved in other martial arts such as Karate and Brazilian Ju Jitsu and running self defence courses. We teach in a friendly relaxed atmosphere and are officially accredited coaches with the British Ju Jitsu Association and Police cleared. Our Jikishin association has thousands of students worldwide.
In the first lesson (which is free!) a novice will very quickly learn both useful techniques and confidence in their ability to defend themselves. As they progress they will continue to learn how to be mentally and physically prepared to react during an attack.
